I'm Lisa Dawson and I'm an interior obsessive writer and author, blogger, presenter, social media influencer and content creator.  I write regularly about my many interior and garden projects, styling and decor tips and home lifestyle and I always have a revamp underway!  I am passionate about vintage interiors and creating a sustainable and resourceful home that works for you, reflects your personality and most importantly, makes you happy. I’m also very fond of food and travelling and you’ll find recipes and holiday write ups here on my blog as well.

I work with brands to produce well thought out, quality content and editorial for both their social media channels and my own and contribute regularly to both print and online publications.

Introduction To Resourceful Interior Styling: Create Academy

A lot of people think that redecorating your house will come with a hefty price tag as well as a lot of upheaval and wastage. In my online course with Create Academy - Introduction To Resourceful Interior Styling - I want to show that this isn’t the case. By being savvy with clever curation of your own possessions, smart shopping and hands-on upcycling, you can design and create rooms that will be as stylish as they are sustainable.

In this course, I’ll show you where to spend money and how to save, how to shop for vintage and second-hand pieces that will not only bring character to a space but also be functional for your own individual lifestyle. You’ll also learn the importance of regularly “shopping” from your own home, pulling out furnishings and accessories that may have been forgotten about but that can spark a whole reinvigoration of a room.
